1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Digital S3X. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, harassing, or harmful, and to follow our Community Guidelines. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

3. User content

You are responsible for the content you post (profile, personals, messages, forum). You retain ownership but grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the service.

4. Location

Sharing your location is optional. Your exact position is never shown to other users; only an approximate, offset location is displayed.

5. Payments

Paid plans and purchases are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breaches of these terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
